Who needs a little Hunger Games?

I just wanted to share a quick photo of my newest SMASH page! A collage (?spelling) page of The Hunger Games! I went to see the movie with my Sister in law and my neices. We had a GREAT time...and the movie didn't disappoint! I can't WAIT for the next one to come out! I am currently reading Mockinjay, the final book in the series. :( I have put it off because I just don't want to see it end!

I know he's half my age, but I just can't get enough PEETA! I think I'm having a mid-life crisis. No. Wait. I know I am. :P Have a great day ladies! And may the odds be EVER in your favor! <3 Katie

A Little Sunday SMASH

Hello there! Today I was browsing the net when I found that Paper Issues is having a SMASH blog hop! After skipping merrily through the blogs and getting TONS of inspiration, I decided to sit at my desk and play along! The other day I was coloring with the girls and used watercolor to fill in this cute little hello kitty! I LOVED that she had a camera and decided I would use her cute little self in my SMASH!

I stamped the arrows and painted them with watercolor also, kind of going for a gradient effect....I think I achieved it! Some WASHI tape, a few thickers and my handy dandy (no I do NOT watch blues clues....anymore) label maker, some glue and VOILA! Hope you all have a great remainder of the weekend! OH....and don't forget!

Hope to see you there! <3 Katie

12 on twelve

Good Morning! Today I have something new to share with you....well, new for me. I got the idea reading Elizabeth Kartchner's (Dear Lizzy) blog. It's called 12 on twelve. Basically, on the 12th day of every month you bust out the camera and document your day. Then share 12 pictures on your blog that best represent your day! Well....I didn't read about it until late morning....so I don't have first thing in the morning pictures....but I spent the rest of the day documenting!

As you can tell....well....I LOVE me some coffee! Hot or iced....doesn't matter to me!

I had a really hard time picking exactly which pictures to include....I had some other really GREAT shots...but I wanted to represent the whole day.... If you are playing along please leave me a link so I can check you out! Thanks for stopping by friends! <3 Katie
